Day One Hundred + Fourteen

Well... this post is evidence that I'm alive and well. Actually, everyone survived. Crystal doesn't remember half the night and "Josie" snuck off into my sisters room to pray that she didn't puke -- but that's nothing out of the ordinary :)

Now, I know that bachelor and bachelorette parties are supposed to be kept super secret from one's beloved... but I just had too much fun not to tell you about it!

Some Highlights :::

We started off at my sisters place {which was awesomely decorated in Blaze Orange and Camouflage for the theme, "THE HUNT IS OVER"} for dinner and pre-gaming... where Jenny and Kayla prepared quite the spread --- Turkey and Dressing Sandwiches, Pickle Rolls, Chocolate Covered Vodka Strawberries, Puppy Chow, 2 of Kayla's Signature Drinks {a tequila slush made with fresh watermelon and other fruits + a vodka mixer}.... I'm hungry just thinking about all the goodies we had. Actually, I'm starving right now and am kicking myself for not bringing home some leftovers!

 After we ate, I opened my gifts {lingerie, a pair of camo heels, tequila - of course, wine, a gift certificate for LOS, a glittery skull flask, among other goodies}  - my favorite being a Scrapbook that all the girls put together for me {I cried + had to re-do my eye makeup} with all of their favorite pictures with me.  It made me really sad to think I'll be leaving these girls soon.

I'll NEVER find a group of girls like these anywhere. My relationship especially with the "Bitches" is a hard one to leave. Jennifer, Jodi, Mandy, Crystal, Jenny --- we all have SO much fun together. There has not been one single time where I've hung out with them lately where I wasn't laughing so hard that I cried. The past 5 months has brought me so close to them. Yep, even Mandy! They may be crazy assholes, but I love each and every one of them.  Then there's Britni - she's a rarity and I love her for that... and Kayla - being around her made me feel like a little piece of you was there with me - with all of her stories about you and all. Hell, even two of my old High School friends showed up + it was like we all fell back into place --- laughing about the stupid things we did and pulling out lame inside jokes.

Anyways - Now onto the bars. First stop was in Stockton where I started off the night with a shot and a Coors.... It was funny listening to everyone try to pronounce your last name {I had a sash on that said "Soon to be Mrs. Bichsel" --- which I apparently was running around calling "my satchel" all night instead of sash... haha} and that was really the only highlight of that bar... so it was off to Elizabeth.... in our HUGE 15 person white "pedophile" van, which Colton drove.  We actually had so much room that Colton invited along a couple of his buddies to ride along, which was OK with me. The van was the funnest part.... Crystal decided to seatbelt us all in and then proceeded to do lap dances on us since we couldn't get away.

In Elizabeth we stopped at two bars + Kayla kept commenting on how cheap the drinks were. At "Jugs" --- I sang Black Velvet and was told that I should be on the Voice because "Celo Green would pick me in a heartbeat." After Elizabeth, we went to Scales Mound + I started to get pretty fucking hammered. Like, roll around in the grass with Jodi kind of hammered. Then some asshole made me drink Jim Beam and I about died. THEN I ran into my cousin Heath and that asshole made me drink Rumpleminz. BLEH!    I tried to throw up in the bathroom {it NEVER works} and everyone was really impressed with how I could shove my whole hand down my throat without gagging.

After Scales Mound we ended up at a bar in Shullsburg -- where a Wedding Reception was just getting over with. I think I maybe had one shot here + do remember stealing one of the groomsmen's white suit jackets and quickly regretted putting it on because it smelled like a dead animal. We found Crystal slow dancing in the corner with a big man in overalls, then I sang Proud Mary for the entire bar and I probably sounded tone deaf being that I was so drunk. Colton tried to record it, but couldn't figure out how to get his phone to work.  Next stop was Warren, where I didn't drink anything because I felt like death. Luckily, they had pretzels and I inhaled a bag to sober me up. I don't believe I had another drink the rest of the night, actually. After Warren was Nora --- the "East Dubuque" of my hometown area. We danced like sluts with each other and it was fun. I was also really impressed with how Bry {one of Colton's friends} was able to unhook bras in a matter of a second with one hand. He literally walked past me for an instant and it was unhooked. Though I was annoyed that he did it to me, I consider that talent. Oh + Mandy found a cat outside the bar and tried to sneak it into the van.

And after Nora, we headed back to Jenny's House. She made grilled cheese, Crystal was being bitchy because she wanted to drive home and yelled at us that it's her car + she can do what she wants {only... she didn't even drive there + was just delusional}, Jodi disappeared and later found out she was praying so that she wouldn't throw up, and I quickly passed out on the couch. I won't lie, there were a couple of times in the middle of the night where I woke up thinking I was going to be sick... but I pulled through.

It was a great night :) I'm sure it's much more low-key than yours will be... but I hope you have as much fun as I did! I cannot wait to cross off the "Soon to be" off my satchel. xoxo.
